Picture Framer & Sales/Design
This is a hands-on role—literally. You’ll be up front with our guests, helping design custom frames, and in the shop bringing those designs to life. Good news: this is not a sit-at-a-desk-all-day kind of job.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Interested in design and excited to work in a creative environment
- A quick learner who’s eager to master new tools, products, and processes
- Organized, adaptable, and ready to solve problems on the fly
- Able to manage time well and juggle the shop and sales floor as needed
- A “people person” who can help our high-end clients design and purchase custom framing
- Enjoys working with their hands and can stand for long periods of time
- Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs and working with tools (we’ll teach you!)
- Able to cut mats, mount artwork, cut glass, and build frames—this is where your designs come to life!
- Organized and able to multitask—interruptions happen, and you’ll pivot between building frames and helping customers
- A team player—we’re a small crew (usually 5 people), so good vibes and teamwork are a must
- Full-time hours with a great schedule: Tuesday–Friday 10:00 am–5:00 pm, Saturday 11:00 am–4:30 pm
- Always closed Sunday and Monday—we insist you have a life outside of work!
